Exhibit Fees
Submit by initial booth assignment on Jan. 10, 2007, to lock-in last year's rate and get a FREE insert in the March/April issue of The Bridge!

Member rate is $15 per sq. ft.; nonmember rate is $20 per sq. ft. if application is received by booth assignment on Jan. 10, 2007. If application is received after Jan. 10, 2007, the rate increases to $15.50 per sq. ft. for members and $20.50 per sq. ft. for nonmembers. (NACS associate members and CCRA corporate members qualify for member rates.) Additional booth configurations are available.
Included in exhibit fee:
- Carpeting (the exhibit hall is carpeted).
- 8-foot back black and gray drape and 3-foot gray side drape for inline booths.
- Booth identification sign.
- Pre-conference mailing list.
- Choice of four exhibit only badges (includes trade show lunch) OR one full registration (includes all conference events) per 10x10 booth.
- Company listing on conference web site and in trade show directory.
- Follow-up attendee list.
Booth Assignment
Booth assignment begins Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2007. Assignments will be based on points accrued, date received, and CCRA VIP status. Companies wishing to exhibit side-by-side must submit their applications together with an explanatory letter. After Jan. 10, 2007, booths will be assigned on a date-received, space-available basis.
Booth Cancellations
Cancellations received on or before Jan. 10, 2007, will receive a full refund. Booth cancellations received between Jan. 11-March 16, 2007, will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be made to companies that cancel booth space after March 16, 2007. Cancellation fees also apply to downsizing. All cancellations and requests to downsize must be received in writing.
Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors
Exhibiting firms may opt to use independent contractors for installation and dismantling. The exhibiting firm has the responsibility of notifying NACS of the contractor's name, address, phone, fax, and e-mail. Exhibitor must submit the independent contractor's copy of valid insurance certificate to show management by March 7, 2007. No EACs shall be admitted onto the show floor without prior notification including a valid insurance certificate.
Operational Policies
- Displays must be confined to space assigned.
- Distributing samples, leaflets, advertising, or promotional materials is allowed only in assigned booth space.
- Maximum booth height for in-line booths is 8 feet.
- The exhibit area must be carpeted (the Marriott DTC hall is carpeted).
- Booth space must be staffed at all times during posted "open" exhibit hours.
- Flashing lights, loud noises, and loud music are prohibited.
- Only exhibiting companies may purchase vendor speed selling tables.
- Companies may not schedule any activity or event that conflicts with scheduled conference events and must inform NACS of any activities scheduled for conference attendees.
- Exhibiting companies may not duplicate, transcribe, or copy lists or mailing labels of attendees purchased or provided as part of the conference participation.
- No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the exhibit floor.
- No smoking will be allowed in the exhibit hall or educational sessions.
- NACS is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
