Airline Discounts

Continental Airlines

Continental Airlines offers discounts off published faires of 2% to 15% or zone fares. Call your travel professional or Continental MeetingWorks at (800) 468-7022 for reservations. Refer to Z Code: ZUN8 and Agreement Code: A12B65. Or save an additional 3% off by booking your own reservations at www.continental.com. Choose your flight times and access your meeting discounts by inserting ZUN8A12B65 in the Offer Code box.

Northwest Airlines

NACS and Northwest Airlines negotiated a discount on flights for CCRA 2007. Purchase your ticket thirty or more days prior to departure and receive a 10% discount on applicable published fares. A 5% discount will apply for flights purchased thirty days or less prior to departure.

Log on to www.nwa.com and follow these instructions:

On the Flights tab, click on "NWA Discount Travel E-Cert Redemption" located at the bottom.
On the Flight Search screen, click the login link and either enter your WorldPerks number in the Login box or click the Continue button in the Guest Access box to proceed.
Complete the Flight Search section and navigate toward the bottom of the screen where you will see "Do you have an E-Cert Fare, electronic voucher or Meeting Agreement?".
On the drop down menu, select "Meeting Agreement (WorldFile Number)" and then enter NYURY (the NACS WorldFile Number) in the Meeting WorldFile Number box and complete your transaction.

Car Rental

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the preferred provider of CCRA 2007. Enterprise is offering special discounts through the Enterprise Corporate Class Business Rental Program. For reservations call (800) rent-a-car or visit www.enterprise.com. To receive the discount, provide the ID number 39W2202 and the enter the characters NAC on the sign-in page.
