Exhibit Fees
Submit by initial booth assignment by Jan. 9, 2008, to lock in last year's rate and get a free insert in a CCRA pre-conference mailing to all registered attendees.

Member rate is $15 per sq. ft.; nonmember rate is $20 per sq. ft. if application is received by booth assignment on Jan. 9, 2008. If application is received after Jan. 9, 2008, the rate increases to $15.50 per sq.ft. for members and $20.50 per sq. ft. for nonmembers. (NACS associate members and CCRA corporate members qualify for member rates.) Additional booth configurations are available.
Included in exhibit fee:
- Carpeting (The exhibit hall is carpeted.)
- 8-foot back black and white drape and 3-foot white side drape for inline booths
- Booth identification sign
- Pre-conference attendee list (Excel format)

For each 10x10 booth you purchase, you have the choice of:
- 4 exhibit badges (includes entrance into the trade show and the trade show lunch); OR,
- 1 full registration (includes all conference events).
- Company listing on conference web site and in trade show directory
- Follow-up attendee list (Excel format)
Booth Assignment
Booth assignment begins on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2008. Assignments will be based on points accrued, date received, and CCRA VIP status. Companies wishing to exhibit side-by-side must submit their applications together with an explanatory letter. After Jan. 9, 2008, booths will be assigned on a date-received, space-available basis.
Booth Cancellations
Cancellations received on or before Jan. 9, 2008, will receive a full refund. Booth cancellations received between Jan. 10-March 2, 2008, will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be made to companies that cancel booth space after March 2, 2008. Cancellation fees also apply to downsizing. All cancellations and requests to downsize must be received in writing.
Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors
Exhibiting firms may opt to use independent contractors for installation and dismantling. The exhibiting firm has the responsibility of notifying NACS of the contractor's name, address, phone, fax and e-mail. Exhibitor must submit the independent contractor's copy of valid insurance certificate to show management by March 10, 2008. No EACs shall be admitted onto the show floor without prior notification including a valid insurance certificate.
Operational Policies
- Displays must be confined to space assigned.
- Distributing samples, leaflets, advertising, or promotional materials is allowed only in assigned booth space.
- Maximum booth height for 10x10 booths is 8 feet, maximum height for island booths 20x20 or larger is 12 feet.
- The exhibit area is carpeted.
- Booth space must be staffed at all times during posted "open" exhibit hours, including the preview show. Booth assignment penalties will be applied to companies who tear down early.
- Flashing lights, loud noises, and loud music are prohibited.
- Companies may not schedule any activity or event that conflicts with scheduled conference events and must inform CCRA of any activities scheduled for conference attendees at any time during the conference and expo.
- Exhibiting companies may not duplicate or transcribe attendee lists purchased or provided as part of the conference participation.
- No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the exhibit floor.
- No smoking will be allowed in the exhibit hall or educational sessions.
- CCRA is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
Speed Selling Tables
Sign up for a speed selling table when you purchase your booth space.
- 90 minute session
- 12 tables maximum, spread out over approximately 6000 square feet
- Eight 10-minute segments
- Your time to use as you wish, i.e., introduction of a new product, focus group, enticement to visit your booth, vision/mission of your company
- Build relationships before the trade show starts!
Exhibiting Vendors: Member Price: $350 | Non-member Price: $500
Non-Exhibiting Vendors: Member Price: $500 | Non-member Price: $650
- Available only to exhibiting companies up to Jan. 25, 2008, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Unsold speed selling tables will be made available to non-exhibiting vendors after Jan. 25, 2008. (A non-exhibiting vendor will be required to pay a non-exhibiting vendor registration fee in addition to the speed selling table fee.)
- Speed selling tables are limited to one per exhibiting company.
- Only college store/campus reseller personnel will be admitted to the speed selling table session unless the presenting company grants written permission.
- Payment in full must be received before a speed selling table is assigned.
- Vendor may place a table tent, literature, product, or any promotional item within reason that can be contained on their table.
