Northwest Airlines

Call (800) 328-1111 for reservations or online at www.nwa.com:

Select Flights tab then click on "NWA Discount Travel E-Cert Redemption" located at the bottom.
On Flight Search section, click Login and enter WorldPerks number or continue to login as Guest.
Complete flight search section, at the bottom where it asks 'Do you have an E-Cert Fare...', select Meeting Agreement (WorldFile number) and enter NYVC2 in the box and complete your transaction.

Southwest Airlines

There is a free airport shuttle to and from the Grand Sierra Resort. The shuttle leaves the Reno Tahoe International Airport from the exit located at the far end of baggage claim every 15 and 45 minutes past the hour daily between 5:15 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. The shuttle leaves the Grand Sierra Resort on the hour and half hour, daily between 5:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.
