Reservations must be received by the hotel on or before Friday April 10, 2009. At the cut-off date, the hotel can accept reservations on a space available basis at the most available room rate. The group rate is not guaranteed.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Should a reservation be cancelled, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least 3 working days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.

To avoid an early check-out fee, advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in your planned length of stay.
