Join us in The Mile High City, April 17-19, for the 2007 CCRA Conference & Expo. The Conference will be held at the Marriott Denver Tech Center and will feature fabulous education, a highly focused trade show and some new and exciting pre-conference events.
What's New?
- Conference Day Rotation—Instead of Thursday through Saturday, it's Tuesday through Thursday. This gets you home in time to wrap things up at the office on Friday and enjoy your weekend at home!
- A Podcasting Creation Session—On Monday, the pre-conference day. Bring your podcasting skills (or desire to obtain podcasting skills), we'll hook you up with a team, then create away! Designed as a learning workshop.
- Bookstore Tours—On Monday, tours of the University of Denver Bookstore and Auraria Campus Bookstore will take place. You're sure to spot some great merchandise displays that you can modify for use in your store. It's also a perfect time to pick up gifts for those little darlin's you had to leave behind.
- Speed Selling Session—You've heard of speed dating, right? Same concept only instead of finding a mate for life, find vendors that can make your life easier and your product line more complete.

What's Exciting?
- Keynote Address Speaker—Jeff VanKooten, The Center for Generational Studies
Jeff will talk about The Changing Faces of Customer Service. This session teaches participants how to do a better job of relating to customers of all generations and boost satisfaction in the process.
