Today the company links over 350 vendors to over 6,500 educational accounts selling computer products, consumer electronics, and school and dorm supplies. Douglas Stewart has a commitment to superior customer service, long-term relationships and unparalleled product selection.
- A sales model that encourages face-to-face interaction with campus resellers including store visits, on-campus support of events and participation at association/alliance meetings.
- The Add-it-Up! Program which rewards stores for their cumulative purchases of major computer product categories during the back-to-school season. Stores earn valuable marketing and merchandise tools to help grow their business.
- A dedicated higher education account staff of over 50 people that includes sales, merchandising and marketing and customer service.
